Join us for a virtual International Speed Friending event! Whether you’re an international student at Pitt looking to make American friends in Pittsburgh or a native speaker of English interested in meeting people from different cultures, this FREE event hosted by the English Language Institute perfect for you!
We’ll be using a platform called “Icebreaker.” Participants will be put into breakout rooms to play a card game of questions on a variety of topics to get to know each other. After 7 minutes, a timer will go off, and the students will be assigned to different breakout rooms to talk with different people.
Advance registration is required, and space is limited.
